Getting started
What is THE OLVREN?
THE OLVREN is an intelligent workspace that brings your organisation's information, everyday work and AI assistance together. You can chat with an AI assistant, work with your documents and Knowledge Bases, and hand tasks to agents and AI employees.
Who is it for?
Organisations and their teams. Your administrator sets up the workspace and creates accounts for the people who use it.
How do I access my account?
Sign in with the account your administrator created for you. If you don't have one yet, ask your organisation's administrator.
Can anyone open an account?
No. Accounts are created by your organisation's administrators, so only the people they have given an account can sign in.
I've forgotten my password. What do I do?
Ask your organisation's administrator. Administrators can reset a password for you.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Sign in from your web browser.
Using it day to day
What can I do with it?
Ask questions and draft work in chat, upload documents for the assistant to read, keep reference material in Knowledge Bases, set up agents and reusable skills, and assign tasks to AI employees.
Can I come back to an earlier conversation?
Yes. Your conversations are kept, so you can open one again and carry on.
Does it remember everything I say?
No. It remembers what you ask it to remember.
Is there anything it can't do here?
Yes. For example, it doesn't make pictures. When you ask for something outside what it can do, it says so instead of pretending.
Documents and knowledge
Can I work with documents?
Yes. Upload documents and the assistant reads them, including scanned PDFs, so you can ask about them, summarise them or pull out what matters.
What is a Knowledge Base?
A collection of documents your team relies on, such as policies, guides and reference material. Choose it for a conversation, or assign it to an agent or AI employee, and answers draw on it.
Can I check where an answer came from?
Yes. An answer based on a Knowledge Base cites the passage and page it relies on, and you can open the passage to read it in context.
Who can see a Knowledge Base?
A personal Knowledge Base is yours. A workspace Knowledge Base is shared with the workspace and managed by its administrators.
Does it read the whole of a very long document?
It answers from the passages most relevant to your question. For a long document, ask about the part you need, or ask several focused questions.
Agents and AI employees
What is the difference between an agent and an AI employee?
An agent is a specialised assistant you talk to, with its own instructions. An AI employee is given tasks to carry out in your workforce, and its finished work comes back for review.
Can an AI employee act without anyone checking?
Finished work waits for review. A person approves it, asks for changes or rejects it.
What is a skill?
A set of instructions you use again and again, saved once so you and your workspace can reuse it.
Privacy and control
How does it help my team?
Teams work in shared workspaces with their own data and roles, reuse the same agents, skills and Knowledge Bases, and hand routine tasks to AI employees whose work they review, so work stays consistent and keeps moving.
Who can see my conversations?
Your conversations are yours, in your workspace. Roles decide what else each person can see and change.
Which apps can it connect to?
Only the ones your administrator has set up for your organisation.
Already have an account?
Sign in to your workspace with the account your administrator created.
