What THE OLVREN stores, and who can see it.

Last updated

THE OLVREN is a private AI workspace operated by your organisation. This describes what it stores about you, where that data lives, and who can reach it.

What is stored

Your account: name, email address and role. Your conversations, including the messages you send and the answers THE OLVREN returns. Files you attach and documents THE OLVREN produces for you. Memories and corrections you have asked it to keep. Connections to third-party services you have authorised.

Usage records — which model answered, how many tokens were used and when — so your administrator can understand capacity. These carry no message content.

Where it lives

On infrastructure your organisation operates. Conversations are answered by models running on that same infrastructure; your messages are not sent to a third-party model provider.

Web search, and any integration you connect, do reach outside — a search sends the query to a search service, and an integration reaches the service you authorised. Nothing else leaves.

Who can see it

You. Your conversations, files, memories and connected accounts are private to your account and are not visible to other users.

An administrator manages accounts, models and which integrations are available. They can see usage totals and an audit log of administrative actions. They cannot read your conversations, your files or your memories.

Third-party accounts you connect

When you connect an integration, THE OLVREN stores an access token for your account, encrypted. It is used only to carry out what you ask for in a conversation, and anything that changes or sends something asks you to confirm first.

Disconnecting removes the stored token. Your administrator can also withdraw access to an integration, which stops it working immediately.

Keeping and deleting

Nothing is deleted on a timer. Conversations, files and memories stay until you remove them, or until your organisation removes your account.

You can delete any conversation, file or memory yourself. Archiving a conversation hides it from your sidebar without deleting anything.
